PauerEarn Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 22, 2026
Last Updated: October 22, 2026

1. Introduction

PauerEarn (“PauerEarn,” the “Service”) is a shopping rewards and savings platform provided by Impauer Technologies Inc. (“Impauer Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

PauerEarn enables users to discover promotional offers, automatically apply eligible coupons, earn cashback and PauerCoin rewards, monitor eligible purchases, and manage their accumulated rewards.

PauerEarn is available through supported browser extensions, associated applications, and as an integrated feature within the PauerOne self-custody digital wallet.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, stored, and disclosed when users interact with PauerEarn.

Impauer Technologies is committed to protecting personal information, maintaining user privacy, and limiting data collection to information reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

Impauer Technologies does not sell personal information or user data.

Information is processed and disclosed only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing requested functionality, administering rewards, enabling authorized integrations, maintaining security, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

Service boundaries and precedence. PauerEarn shopping, attribution, rewards and payout processing are governed by this Policy; the PauerOne Privacy Policy continues to govern underlying wallet credentials, locally encrypted vaults and any optional encrypted cloud-backup facility. Activation of PauerEarn does not expand PauerEarn’s access to wallet secrets. Mandatory privacy rights prevail over any inconsistency.

Feature availability and processing vary by jurisdiction, browser, permission, merchant, and whether a user enables an optional function. Descriptions of possible processing do not mean every listed category is collected from every user.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

Where PauerEarn is accessed through PauerOne, this Privacy Policy supplements the PauerOne Privacy Policy.

The PauerOne Privacy Policy continues to govern the wallet’s underlying functionality, including wallet creation, local key storage, self-custody, and other wallet services.

If there is a conflict concerning information collected specifically through PauerEarn, this Privacy Policy governs that processing, subject to applicable law.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the functionality used, we may collect or process the following categories of information.

3.1 Account Information

When users create or connect an account, we may process:

Where supported, users may authenticate through third-party services, including Apple or Google.

Information received through these services is limited to the information authorized for authentication and necessary account functionality. We do not use Apple or Google authentication information for unrelated advertising purposes.

3.2 Shopping and Transaction Information

When PauerEarn is enabled and a user interacts with an eligible merchant, we may process information necessary to identify available offers, apply discounts, attribute purchases, and calculate rewards.

This may include:

Information may be received directly through PauerEarn or from participating merchants, affiliate networks, and authorized service providers.

We do not require access to a user’s complete browsing history to provide PauerEarn functionality.

3.3 Browser Extension Information

Permission transparency. At installation and where practicable when enabling optional features, PauerEarn identifies the relevant site-access and browser permissions and their purposes. Merchant-site access is used to identify offers and process eligible shopping data; search-result access, price monitoring and notifications are used only where the corresponding feature is enabled and supported. Technical permissions may be broader than the data actually processed

Activation and affiliate attribution. Where an offer requires affiliate activation, the interface will identify that action and may use referral links, attribution parameters or cookies following activation. PauerEarn is not intended to silently replace unrelated affiliate identifiers or redirect a purchase without appropriate disclosure and authorization. Browser settings and merchant restrictions can prevent tracking and rewards.

Data minimization. PauerEarn is not intended to collect general browsing history, private messages, payment-card security codes, passwords, wallet keys or recovery phrases. Incidental data that appears within an eligible page is not a license to use it for unrelated purposes.

The PauerEarn extension may request permissions necessary to identify participating merchants and activate relevant functionality.

Depending on the user’s browser, operating system, and enabled features, these permissions may include:

Website content is accessed only to the extent reasonably necessary to deliver enabled PauerEarn functionality.

PauerEarn is not intended to operate as a general-purpose browsing surveillance tool.

The extension does not intentionally collect unrelated browsing content, private communications, passwords, or payment card security codes.

Where browser permissions technically permit broader access than a particular feature requires, Impauer Technologies will limit its actual processing to the relevant functionality.

3.4 Device and Technical Information

We may collect limited technical information necessary for security, troubleshooting, and service performance, including:

This information may be used to identify unauthorized activity, maintain compatibility, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

3.5 Rewards and Payout Information

To administer cashback and PauerCoin rewards, we may process:

Where payouts are facilitated by authorized third-party providers, sensitive financial information may be collected and processed directly by those providers.

Impauer Technologies does not require users to disclose their PauerOne private keys or recovery phrases to receive rewards.

3.6 Wishlist and Price Monitoring Information

If users enable price monitoring or wishlist functionality, we may process:

This information is used to identify relevant price changes, promotional opportunities, and reward-rate increases.

Users may disable monitoring or remove tracked items through the available settings.

4. How We Use Information

We process information for the following purposes:

  1. Providing and maintaining PauerEarn functionality.
  2. Identifying participating merchants and eligible offers.
  3. Applying and testing promotional codes.
  4. Optimizing available discounts and reward combinations.
  5. Calculating, tracking, validating, and distributing eligible rewards.
  6. Supporting fiat and PauerCoin payout selections.
  7. Operating user dashboards and earnings analytics.
  8. Providing requested price-drop and merchant notifications.
  9. Detecting fraud, misuse, duplicate transactions, and unauthorized activity.
  10. Maintaining technical security and service reliability.
  11. Responding to support inquiries.
  12. Complying with applicable legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
  13. Improving the accuracy, performance, and functionality of the Service.

Where applicable law requires a specific legal basis, processing will be supported by contractual necessity, consent, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or another applicable lawful basis.

Consent may be withdrawn where processing relies on consent, subject to applicable legal and operational limitations.

5. AI-Powered Deal Optimization

Automated recommendations are estimates, not guarantees of the lowest price, successful stacking, eligibility or reward. AI systems may process relevant merchant, item, price and cart details, subject to applicable provider arrangements. We do not intentionally send wallet secrets or payment credentials to AI providers. Where applicable law affords rights relating to automated processing, requests may be sent to support@impauer.io.

PauerEarn uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to evaluate available promotional information and identify potentially beneficial combinations of discounts, cashback, and PauerCoin rewards.

These systems may process eligible product information, merchant pricing, promotional conditions, and shopping cart data.

Information is processed for the purpose of delivering the requested optimization functionality.

PauerEarn does not require access to users’ private wallet credentials to perform shopping optimization.

We do not intentionally submit passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, or payment card security codes to AI optimization systems.

Where external AI or infrastructure providers are used, information shared with those providers will be limited to what is reasonably necessary to deliver the relevant functionality and subject to appropriate contractual and security protections.

6. Affiliate Tracking and Merchant Attribution

PauerEarn may participate in affiliate and merchant reward programs.

When a user activates an eligible offer, PauerEarn may use referral identifiers, affiliate links, cookies, attribution parameters, or similar technologies to associate an eligible purchase with the Service.

Participating merchants and affiliate networks may process transaction information to determine eligibility, validate purchases, calculate commissions, and confirm rewards.

These activities are necessary to administer the applicable cashback and reward programs.

PauerEarn does not sell users’ personal information to participating merchants or affiliate networks.

Third-party merchants and affiliate providers may maintain their own privacy policies governing information collected independently through their websites and services.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Where required, optional or non-essential tracking is activated only with the applicable consent or choice. Necessary authentication, security and transaction-attribution technologies may be required for requested rewards. Users may withdraw available permissions, although previously attributed transactions and lawful recordkeeping may continue.

PauerEarn may use cookies, local extension storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies to:

Affiliate networks and participating merchants may use their own tracking technologies in connection with eligible purchases.

Users may manage certain permissions through their browser settings. Disabling relevant tracking technologies may affect cashback attribution or reward eligibility.

Where legally required, consent will be obtained before activating non-essential tracking technologies.

8. PauerOne Integration and Self-Custody

Wallet backup distinction. PauerOne may separately provide an optional password-encrypted cloud backup as described in its own Privacy Policy. Such encrypted backup is not a PauerEarn reward ledger, and PauerEarn does not receive the wallet password, unencrypted recovery phrase or private keys. Public addresses and on-chain distributions can be publicly observable and may be linkable to reward activity.

Pending, approved and cleared rewards are centrally administered accounting records, not digital assets held in the user’s wallet. A PauerCoin payout enters the user’s self-custody only upon successful distribution to the designated address.

PauerEarn may be accessed through or connected to the PauerOne self-custody digital wallet.

PauerOne remains a self-custody wallet.

Impauer Technologies does not take possession or control of users’ private keys, recovery phrases, or digital assets solely because PauerEarn is enabled or connected.

PauerEarn may process a public wallet address or transaction identifier when necessary to facilitate a requested PauerCoin reward distribution.

Private keys and recovery phrases remain under the user’s control and are not transmitted to PauerEarn’s reward processing infrastructure.

Where wallet credentials are stored locally by PauerOne, they remain subject to the security architecture and privacy protections described in the PauerOne Privacy Policy.

PauerEarn cashback balances and pending rewards are maintained separately from assets held within a user’s self-custody wallet.

Connecting PauerEarn does not authorize Impauer Technologies to initiate unrelated wallet transactions or transfer existing wallet assets.

Any transaction requiring a wallet signature must follow the applicable PauerOne authorization process.

9. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose limited information to the following parties where reasonably necessary:

Participating merchants and affiliate networks: To activate offers, attribute purchases, verify transactions, and administer rewards.

Payment and payout providers: To facilitate requested bank, PayPal, or other supported payouts.

Technology and infrastructure providers: To support hosting, analytics, security, AI functionality, notifications, and service operations.

Compliance and verification providers: Where identity verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance is required.

Legal and regulatory authorities: Where disclosure is required by applicable law, valid legal process, or lawful regulatory request.

Corporate transaction participants: Where necessary in connection with a legitimate merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable privacy protections.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for authorized purposes and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Impauer Technologies does not sell personal information or user data.

We do not disclose private wallet keys or recovery phrases to merchants, affiliate networks, advertisers, or payout providers.

10. Data Retention

Retention is category- and purpose-specific; no universal deletion deadline is promised. Account and diagnostic data, affiliate attribution records, reward and payout ledgers, security records and support correspondence may have different retention periods. We delete or de-identify information when no longer reasonably necessary, subject to unresolved transactions, disputes, fraud prevention, backups and applicable law. Uninstalling the extension does not erase server-side records, encrypted PauerOne backups or public blockchain entries.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention periods may depend on:

Users may request account deletion or deletion of eligible personal information.

Certain transaction records may be retained where necessary to comply with applicable law, resolve outstanding obligations, or maintain legitimate financial records.

Public blockchain transactions may remain permanently accessible on their respective networks and generally cannot be deleted by Impauer Technologies.

11. Data Security

We employ technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

These measures may include encryption, restricted access, secure communications, authentication controls, monitoring, and other appropriate security practices.

No internet-based service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users remain responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, browser environments, authentication credentials, and self-custody wallet recovery information.

PauerEarn will never require a user to disclose a private key or recovery phrase to activate shopping rewards or receive an eligible payout.

12. International Data Processing

PauerEarn operates across multiple jurisdictions and may rely on service providers located outside a user’s country of residence.

Information may therefore be processed or stored in jurisdictions with privacy laws different from those applicable in the user’s location.

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

13. User Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may have the right to:

Requests may be submitted to support@impauer.io.

We may require reasonable verification before processing certain requests.

14. Browser Permissions and User Controls

Where supported, users can disable optional search-result overlays, auto-coupon testing, merchant notifications, wishlists and price alerts separately. Revoking a required permission may disable the corresponding feature or prevent purchase attribution. Account deletion requests and extension uninstallation are separate actions.

Users may disable or uninstall the PauerEarn extension through their browser settings.

Where available, users may also manage:

Uninstalling the extension does not automatically delete an associated PauerEarn or PauerOne account or erase transaction records retained for legitimate purposes.

Users may contact us to request eligible account or data deletion.

15. Children’s Privacy

PauerEarn is intended for individuals aged 18 or older, or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who do not meet this requirement.

If we become aware that information has been collected in violation of this section, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, technology, or business operations.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required by applicable law.

The effective date will identify the latest published version.
